How is the front row at the Hirschfeld/Kinky Boots?

Im a huge Jake Shears fan and want to see Kinky again for him. How is the front row at the Hirschfeld? Is the stage high? I'd love front row but only if its not obstructed. Thanks.

It’s great! I sat in the front row a few seats off center on a lottery win a few months ago. The pit is in front of the stage so it gives a nice bit of distance between the edge of the stage and the first row of seats. Because the pit is open, some may find it a bit distracting since you can see into it, but I didn’t mind.
I wouldn’t recommend sitting dead-center because you might be blocked a little by the conductor’s head.
Since you’re looking up a bit It was a little close to all of the dancing body parts, lol, but overall one of the best seating experiences I’ve had on Broadway.

Yes, just avoid dead center. I sat far left second row and it was great. Billy and Stark both spent a good bit of time in that vicinity (stage right).

Thank you! There is a left aisle seat front row center section. Ill shoot for that. :)
