as a social experiment, some time ago, joshua played some encore-type stuff in nondescript clothing at a subway station in dc for about an hour with an open fiddle case for donations. there's a video of it, and basically most people walk by without a second glance.
at the end he made something like $32.

Mom described him as a "gitte neshuma" (Yiddish for "good soul") after meeting him.
The packaging surrounding that soul isn't anything to sneeze at either. LOL

The People editors who choose Sexiest Man Alive had admitted they always choose someone who has a high profile project either recently opened or about to open.
