Has anyone sat in the $39.00 seats (the last row of the mezz on the sides)? I totally don't mind just going to the BO and grabbing a $39 ticket over dealing with rush if the seat isn't bad.

I remember being on the aisle row G in mezz and wasn't bad at all. very tiny theatre.

Get one on house right. I sat second seat in, next to last row rear left mezz. Perfect view.

I sat in the very back row of the mezz on the side aisle of the center section and loved the view. The theatre is tiny, and with the two level set, I think the mezz is actually preferable so you're not craning your neck to see the upstairs level.
