Hunchback is it ready?

I know there are many hunchback forums but this is a specific question. I am wondering what do people think needs work before broadway? Does it need to change a la Aida? (almost everything in Aida changed before Broadway) or more a nip and tuck ?

It needs a brand new director, decrease the narrators' lines, and make Clopin a bigger role and it'll be all to go.
