Yes, no one's trying to impede anyone else's free speech here. It's possible, however, that they take exception with people behaving like total a$$h0l3s.

(I'm not referring to anyone in particular, mind.)

My favorite post in this thread probably belongs to mybigsplash. Her/his opinion of the show was very -- even pointedly -- negative. And when I realized that no one attacked him/her for expressing it... oh, how I laughed. I just laughed and laughed.

As to why -- one of those ancient mysteries of the universe, I guess.

Well, I thank you all for responding to my thread!

I don't rely on reviews to tell me what's good and what's bad. Heck, two of my most favorite musicals, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" and "My One and Only" got some terrible reviews. One of my favorite movie musicals, "Hello, Dolly!", is considered an awful flop.

So I will certainly go to "Jerusalem" with an open mind. I just hope it doesn't fall in the horrible play category along with "Is He Dead?" and "The Little Dog Laughed."
