Yes. He is actually being considered for Benanti's role. They feel has the warmth and charm that she has been criticized for lacking. One producer even reffered to him as the "new Drew".

You would have loved to be over by the Tarzan stagedoor on Sunday. I was waiting for Joanna Gleason to come out at DRS and watched Josh Strickland just wander around the sidewalk for about 5 minutes after the crowds at the stagedoor left. It made me laugh.
