I just listened to the overture of Seussical on the original cast recording, and it made me so sad... 
I loved Alone in the Universe segment... Ahhhh! Does anyone feel this way, too?

Posted: 2/1/07 at 9:35amI think that IS the full version of the overture. The overture on Broadway was very short, it was just "Oh the Thinks You Can Think" and the "wipeout" drum solo and that was it.

Posted: 2/1/07 at 9:38amI e-mailed Doug about that same thing, and I asked him, are the measures that quote "It's Possible" and "Alone in the Universe" cut from the CD? And he said yes. Think about that, guys. Maybe I'll make a MIDI file that proves my point.
