I guess this mean's JLT is not staying?
I thought she did a great job and in many ways helped prove that the show could go on without the OBC.
I haven't seen Megan but have heard good things about her.
Until then, I'll continue to enjoy JLT, who I think has made this role her own.

Megan will be the next Glinda. She is good friends with Shoshana - - they shared their dressing room when they were both Standby's. They've a lot in common, including their Northwest roots. If Megan has had any timing issues, it's because she is a Standby whose lot in life is to go on with a few hours notice. She's new to the game, but has a deep well of talent that will be fully tapped in April. Patience everyone....

I have also heard nothing good about Laura Bell Bundy, and am glad she never got the part.

Somebody told me that the only reason she was hired was because she's sort of a "name" and they new Kristin would be missing more than a hand-full of performances.

when i saw wicked maegan was glinda and shoshana was elphaba. i thought they were amazing together.
"Let the little girl go, and that poor little dog? Dodo." That's my favorite line in the whole show (Wicked). My next favorite line is "Oh! It seems the artichoke is steamed."

LBB was not destined to stay with Wicked. They low-balled her so that she'd move on and that's what she did. Most of the posts I've seen concerning her were not complimentary, so I'm thinking the producers agreed with the audience.

It hasn't been officially announced, but bank on it. Megan Mullaly would be an astonishing Glinda. I'm not saying the best choice - just astonishing. Wonderful voice, comedic beyond belief, but WAY too old for the part, don't you think?

over the moon, i thought that too! haha that icon is sick.
A dancer might dream to see her name in lights and mean it, but all she really dreams is to make someone else feel the way she did when she first saw a dancer. And that is so beautiful-Anonymous

I just wanted to say: total change of subject

I thought that Idina Menzel was and is prettier than Shoshana.

and : Kristen Chenoweth is prettier than JLT.
