Hey y'all
I heard there was a show starting tonight called IN CONFLICT at the Barrow Street - apparently it's a verbatim theatre play about the Iraq War?
I'm really interested in verbatim theatre, so if anyone has anymore details, (advance word on whether it's any good or not), post here, yo.

Culture Project's explosive new play, based on journalist Yvonne Latty’s searing book of the same name – has earned critical acclaim as it continues to make waves across the country and internationally. This moving and powerful play is drawn from 16 compelling interviews - unsparing in their honesty – with veterans of the Iraq war, who today, are grappling with the reality of what it means to come home from war. IN CONFLICT answers the question so often asked of soldiers: What happened? Their unflinching answers will change the way we think about war. IN CONFLICT has been making headlines since 2007, when its original incarnation at Wilton High School was banned. Subsequently adapted by three-time Helen Hayes Award-winner Douglas C. Wager, IN CONFLICT opens at Culture Project after sold-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Philadelphia Fringe Festival.
