"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
Why why why is this show being produced?! Sondheim shows flop, Les Miz closes, and doesn't find an audience, but somehow THIS manages to get produced on Broadway. Oy.

I agree with your review. I saw it last Thursday night, on the 6th, and I genuinely enjoyed it. The show is just so strange and different from anything I've seen on Broadway. I had some good laughs and I was never really bored with any of the scenes or songs, so all in all, I had a good night. Plus, there are some great performers on stage, especially Christopher J. Hanke's Broadway debut. He was very nice and grateful at the stagedoor, and he gave a great performance!
"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".

This is going to be the sleeper of the season..This has me more excited than any other show that has opened in the last 2 years.
Roll around christmas, cause thats when i'm going.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

I found it quite enjoyable and the performances quite pleasant. the biggest issue with the show is the blending of the elements. between set and song and lights the set changes pull to much focus..it just need to blend..it can work and it can be a great show..give them time
What's unfortunate for the show is that the people who will attend due to the outrageous word of mouth- the flopaholics and lovers of camp- are the people who will know how to get the deepest discounts, as well. For any show to last it needs tourists, and I don't think people who have time for only 2 or 3 shows during their visit will want to see one because "it's so bad it's good."
