Looking at the 500's section, what is the best possible row? (Getting on the aisle closest to center.)

When I saw the show, I sat in the 400s, row F, right near the aisle to which you were referring.  I had a great view, and while there were a few awkward sight lines, I was able to see most of the show clearly, especially "Get Me to the Church on Time."  If you really want to sit in the 500s, I'd suggest row F.
