I thought that movie was called ASK the Dust .. not Eat the Dust. And according to imdb .. it IS called Ask The Dust .. Oy, these people!

Yeah, I don't know WHY she picked Massachussetts. I highly doubt she would've had trouble booking a gig in NYC. It's really strange.

And she also said she'd be playing in San Fran, but she didn't do it while she was there. AND this news isn't even on her site, or her mailing list.

Nothing's wrong with Massachussetts, it's just weird because she lives in the city, she's from L.I....she has nothing to do with MA (that I know of, lol).

You should definitely go, though. Her last concert was one of the best things I've ever spent money on. She's great.

I feel like there's a decent amount of summer theatre up in that area, but I could have my geography mixed up. Maybe that's why she's performing up there.

There are dates on the following weekend in Boston,
weekend after that in the Vinyard and there are going to be some Philly
dates added in the next few days.

but i hope that post about dates in philly is true. i could swing that. it's only a 1 1/2 hour train ride from nyc.
