"I would assume she was nominated for featured actress for a few reasons. One being that she was under the title and the producers did not petition to change the ruling; and two, mattbrain you are basically correct. It's kind of like Sutton in Drowsy, she is obliviously featured in a ensemble show, but they pushed her for leading."
