When was Celia ever attached to Mermaid?

I'd go back to Kerry Butler as Ariel, anyone else as Sebastian, and get a new director.

Keep the cast, ditch Zambello and Wright. Hire Rob Roth and Linda Woolverton.

At least a new costume designer. Ariel (and I'm totally ripping this off from one of my fellow posters) looks like she's poopin' out a mermaid.
