Posted: 2/17/05 at 1:59amI would say maybe a mix of "If My Friends Could See Me Now" and "Big Spender," especially if Appelgate is nominated.

"I'm A Brass Band" is most likely, I think (it's a big flashy ensemble number that showcases Applegate and the whole company and would play well on TV).
"Big Spender" is a possibility, I guess, but it's been done SO often before (I think FOSSE did it on the Tonys a few years back).
"Rich Man's Frug" and "Rhythm of Life" might also be considered.

I love "Rich Man's Frug."
FOSSE performed "Sing! Sing! Sing!" at the Tonys.

Posted: 2/17/05 at 9:45amBrass Band...all the way. In this revival it is the flashiest and it is the number that gives ample opportunity to show off Applegate's singing and dancing as well as the rest of the ensemble. True, Nickie, Helene, and Oscar are left out in the cold then for TV performance but Brass Band is going to be the one shown.
