"West Side Story", "Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake" and at the top of the list the greatest theatrical entertainment I have ever seen the RSC's "The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickelby."

(The picture you see is from the book: "10086 Sunset Boulevard: From Movie to Musical" by George Perry. Miss Patti signed it for me when I saw her in her dressing room, after her "Sweeney Todd" perf. I was nervous about asking her to sign this picture from this book, but she signed it anyway.) I would LOVE to see Miss Patti (LuPone) on Broadway in a revival of "Sunset Boulevard". Not only would we see a fabulous performance, but it would alleviate the GROSS injustice, in 1994, that prevented Miss Patti LuPone from assuming the role on Broadway. It's a nice fantasy, but Miss Patti has written in the past that she would NEVER work again with the Really Useful Group. I can't say that I blame her for feeling that way.
from Roman in Austin, Texas.... the official Patti LuPone FANatic
I agree with RAGTIME and PARADE...they closed WAY before there time..and there National Tours as well.
