re: If you have a BroadwayWorld.com blog....

What's so hard to understand. It's a broadwayworld blog, so the link only works in profile to the broadwayworld blog. If you have another blog, put it in your signature like all your other links. hmm.

Question: How do you get it so that you can view your blog the way other people see it? Also, is there a way to change the line of text below your username so it says something besides 'please edit this blog-entry for your blog header'?

Jeff, in the settings it simply asks you for a URL. And since its just asking for a URL, Im actually under the impression it works no matter where your blog is. I didnt try it, cuz I dont want to do somethin to mess up my account by accident so Im asking first. Which would be the point of this thread... to announce, ask questions, discover bugs...

You can enter anything in the blog field you want and it'll appear when someone clicks onto your profile.

The nifty little blog icon on the message board, and it's inclusion on your who's online requires a BroadwayWorld blog.

"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

Rob - how about adding Blogs to Bookmarks...
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

EDITED: Ok, figured out how!! (I really need to look/explore before I ask questions)

I want to write music. I want to sit down right now at my piano and write a song that people will listen to and remember and do the same thing every morning...for the rest of my life. - Jonathan Larson. Tick, Tick...BOOM!

To blog or not to blog? That is the question!
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer

"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
