No way it's closing. Plus, it's selling tickets through January 31st, 2010. I don't know where you got July 8th from.

Ticketmaster is selling tickets way into 2010.

Maybe it was just messed up for a second, because I just checked and they're selling through July at least (I didn't check past then)

No. The Bway is BIGGER than the Palace. Shrek is making bank compared to when Legally Blonde was open.

LB ISN'T coming back...no matter what closes. It doesn't work that way. If LB was making money BEFORE WSS came to town, it wouldn't have left.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Legally Blonde would still be open right now if it played a smaller theatre.
I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.

Hm well maybe not, but it would of definitely had a much longer run than it did. It wasn't even doing that bad, it was just not filling in enough seats for the huge ass Palace.

Yankee, I was just thinking about Gilda Radner the other day when Lee Radziwell walked into the restaurant I was having dinner in. Except, it wasn't Emily Litella I was thinking of. It was Roseanne Roseannadanna.
