No. The Bway is BIGGER than the Palace. Shrek is making bank compared to when Legally Blonde was open.

LB ISN'T coming back...no matter what closes. It doesn't work that way. If LB was making money BEFORE WSS came to town, it wouldn't have left.

Hm well maybe not, but it would of definitely had a much longer run than it did. It wasn't even doing that bad, it was just not filling in enough seats for the huge ass Palace.
