Information about Student Rush and SRO

Hi!
I'm really new in this area so I have a lot of questions about SRO, Rush and lotteries.

1) I read somewhere that Student Rush was for NYU students only is this true?

2) If not ... can a person in highschool buy tickets from the Student Rush?

3) (This might be a stupid question but..)With a maximum of two tickets per person can the second person not be a student?

4) Can a Canadian buy a student rush ticket? Will a passport be needed?

5) Which shows usually have standing room tickets available most of the time?

6) For General Rush Lotteries can anyone put their name in a hat or only an adult?

Is there anyone else that can answer to my questions? The site is great to know which shows have SRO tickets and their description about them but I can't find most answers on their site.
