Hi. So I have asthma and recently I have been coughing a bunch, and Im seeing a show tomorrow and was wondering if during intermisson you are allowed to go outside to get some fresh air?
Thanks so much!

Yes.
Although you will be next to theater patrons who are stepping outside to take in smoke-filled air.

Be sure to bring your ticket stub with you when you go outside. Some theatres can be pissy about letting people back in if they left their ticket at their seat.

You'll be fine. Try to take your ticket stub with you just in case the ushers ask to see it on the way back in (relatively rare, but it does happen sometimes at popular shows that people may try to sneak in to second act).

Bring a ticket stub and you should be fine!
I always have a little joint and smoke at intermission, never had an issue getting in and out (and have swapped the joint with more than a few on-the-clock theatre workers)
