International theater festivals

Really just a dream at this point, but if money was no object to me...what international theater festivals out there are worth visiting?

Edinburgh I guess would be one of the most famous - what about Sydney or Perth or other places?

The CHICHESTER THEATRE FESTIVAL In Chichester, England presents plays and musicals. Chichester is a charming small town with an impressive cathedral containing interesting art objects. The excellent choir of men and boys is currently on summer holiday, but visiting choirs provide music for daily Evensong and Sunday services. Chichester is about 90 miles south of London. I've been to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe twice (1999 and 2001) and it is amazing. A massive event with pretty much every available space in the city used as a stage. Street performances on every corner and comps galore as companies try to promote their works. I saw a LOT of good shows including sitting about 6 feet from Margaret Cho during one of her stand up routines for which I paid around 6 pounds. I also remember an excellent production of Jesus Hopped the A Train directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman and the hilarious Speedmouse by The Umbilical Brothers.
