I wanted to see it because I really enjoy watching Michael McGrath, and I'm sorry that I'm going to miss it!

I saw it three times. It's a great show. Norbert was so-so to people at the door (but Jenn was a doll)... but Istill think he's great anyway. I actually ran into him one day when I didnt go to the show at a restaurant and he was nicer there than at the stage door. I love the show.

I was front row center (AA-106, while my friend sat in 105), for the evening performance on Thursday, January the 2nd, and let me tell you, it was a superb night out - a) I love Norbs (he's my idol) and b) I'm a fan of farce, and this show is surely heavy, heavy farce. The laughter oozed from the stage, and for the entire 130 minutes we were seated, my friend and I could. not. stop. smiling. I didn't stagedoor 'cause it was TOO DAMN COLD that night, however, I plan on penning a fan letter - with hopes of garnering a sig/photo of Norbs to keep. I've never done so before (ie: written to an actor, sending it to a theatre, etc.), but we shall see what happens. FYI: If you haven't seen it yet, SEE THIS SHOW! It's the best comedy on B'way right now ... Honest-to-goodness! re: Is He Dead? 1/8/07

I saw it twice (both matinees) while I was home from college and I loved it!!

Norbert was so sweet both times. Though, it was obvious that he was exhausted after the shows. But the second time I went, there was one other person beside me hanging by the stage door. I had gotten Norbert's signature before and I was mainly waiting for Michael McGrath to come out, but I love Norbert so to see him again was great. We were there about half an hour and then Norbert came out. He apologized for taking so long and for us having to wait in the cold. he was so sweet.

god, I love that show. so funny. so much better than 39 Steps.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel.

It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known.

I saw it this afternoon. It was alot of fun. It was amazingly over the top and hamed up. I loved it. Norbert Leo Butz+Jenn Gambatese+Mark Twain=a night of theatre very well spent. Everyone was also very friendly and polite at the stagedoor.
