LOL..boobs, even at 10 years old, i knew what an attractive man looked like
Now that's what I'm talking about Ulla..kids are smarter than we give them credit for.
Obviously kids are smarter than we think.
But I don't even think the biggest matter is being afraid of introducing "adult" material to children - it's a matter of a parent feeling UNCOMFORTABLE viewing the material with their child. I know if I was a parent I would feel very uncomfortable seeing DRS, Q, Chicago, Rent etc with my child.

Many 10-year-olds would enjoy Jersey Boys. It depends on how mature they are and how much they have been exposed to. When my sons were about that age, they were bored stiff by Cats. They would have enjoyed Jersey Boys, though I doubt I would have taken them at age 10, since my wife and I tried not to be too permissive. It should be said that Jersey Boys will not have a "bad influence" on young people. Yes, the play has very bad language, casual sex, adultery, drugs and gambling (in other words, real life), but these elements of the story are not glamorized and consequences are shown. I would much rather have children watch Jersey Boys than play Grand Theft Auto.
