And now my legit post, ha. Since hes working with them for broadway, not a movie, is he really signed with disney?

If his contract doesn't include theatrical appearances, then he's lucky.

And whoever said that studios don't "own" you. Disney usually does. I'd love to see what Zac Efron, Raven Symone or Hannah Montana (or whatever her name is) would have to say.

Disney usually has the standard "you're my concubine now, mwa ha ha" clause in their contracts. John Tartaglia just went on an "Indiana Jones" -esque crusade through the many dungeons at their studios to retreive and destroy his contract. It really was quite awesome. Dreamworks will be producing the TV movie of the story.
