I read the Ramin Karimloo has tested positive for Covid and must miss “Funny Girl” performances for 10 days. I assume it is still Broadway’s policy to issue refunds if a star who is billed above the title of a show is out of a performance. My question is: Is Ramin Karimloo billed above the title in “Funny Girl”?
The revival has 4 “above the title” names:

No. Leave it here for the benefit of others who may have the same question.
Speaking of "for future reference" - it's worth noting just for the record, that the posters and marketing don't necessarily correspond with the official billing, which is on the title page of the program. But in this case it doesn't matter, because they do happen to line up. Karimloo is in fact above the title.

My Mom had the same question about Jane Lynch (fortunately for us, all cast were in when we went) and I said to her “she is above the title”. My Mom then pointed at the marquee on the theatre, in which no names were listed and I responded with “oh…I thought all 4 were!”. Good to know it doesn’t physically have to be seen above the title on the marquee in this instance.
Better now?!
