I haven't been able to access the website since 8:00pm.
I haven't been able to access the site for about two weeks. I don't know what's going on over there. Is this only happening for some people?

Telecharge is a pop-up. Are you sure it's not something with a pop-up blocker?
I have been having problems for several days. I have talked with the people at telecharge, and they say that there is a new feature at work. It has been very frustrating!!
Maybe it's a holiday in Hell.

It's comforting to know I'm not the only one with Telecharge problems. I haven't been able to access the site at work for the past two weeks, but I can access it at home. Until reading about other people's troubles, I thought maybe the site was blocked at work, although Ticketmaster was fine.
Can anyone contact the Nazi's at Telecharge and convince them that they have a problem?

I was buying tickets for my trip to NYC for next month and all of a sudden around 11pm Pacific time yesterday I wasn't allowed to buy tickets or something. Today I can't even get on the main page at all. My mom called them and they said nothing was wrong...
It was working two days ago when I got my Xanadu tickets, but it doesn't let me in now.
It sounds like the problem is pretty wide spread. I can't stand those ticket-nazi's!
I was using it at home yesterday and then all of a sudden I couldn't access their homepage or anything. Today I still couldn't access their website so I went to work. The computers at work could access them so I was buying tickets and then it quit working again. I moved to a new computer in a different office and finished my transactions there. Very frustrating.

Does anyone have a suggestion has to how we can communicate this information to telecharge?
Call them I suppose, but they told us things were fine but we wanted to get Spring Awakening stage seats and they said you can only get them online. Thanks telecharge...
Idiots! I hope that they get it resolved today.
It would seem like the Broadway producers would insist that Telecharge be competent.

For those who cannot get on the telecharge.com site or take advantage of broadwayoffers.com lately:
Telecharge tells me they have been getting more traffic than their servers can handle since Sunday evening, and at various other times.
I hope theaters depending on them for ticket sales are aware they are losing out, and will urge them to get more servers.

Finally heard from Telecharge. Can you believe - they are purposely blocking their highest users (I usually buy 4 or 5 sets of tickets every month).
Here is what they wrote me:
"Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are forced to create usage restrictions on our site because if we do not our entire website can crash. We try to be generous in our search limits, but there are times when customers looking for just the right seats may find themselves blocked temporarily. In the future, please try to do slightly fewer searches (or do them more slowly) and you will not be blocked."

I didn't realize there were so many threads on this topic, so I will post this in each of them. As I mentioned in one of these threads earlier, we (accidentally) tightened our usage restrictions too severely. This has led to some customers who care about where they sit (and therefore do lots of seat searches before they purchase) get inadvertently blocked from the site. This problem will be resolved tomorrow morning. Some incorrect information was given out before we identified the problem. And we are VERY very sorry for the inconvenience.
