Xanadu's average ticket price jumped to $65! (from $49)
For opening week, their gross is pretty good (1 performance was invite only = free tickets).

That's because you need to go to Telecharge and not to a scalpers' website.
And don't go near Spamalot. It's horrible (at least w/ the current cast).

See Xanadu.. I had mixed feelings about it too untill I actually saw it. It's really a must-see summer show. Get the On-Stage seats for $40!

With the Jersey Boys rush gone, now Xanadu, Grease, Curtains, and Young Frankenstein, HELL even Deuce, (and i'm not counting the Disney shows or Mamma Mia), are we seeing the end of rush tickets as we know it?
