Maybe is not a scoop, but, in the all first cast recording (aka : the Original French Concept Cast Recording) and in the first stage of the show in 1980, Azelma is mentionned in a song (sorry but for now, I forget the name)and is physically on stage too.
But, she doesn't have a specific song like Eponine.
