Anglar, what do you mean Rome?
And what do you mean "for Broadway"? Do you mean like how each city might be treating how they bring back live theatre? (Frozen in Australia is at 75% capacity, for example.)
But to answer what I think is your question, no, I don't believe there's a site that's aggregating various theatres' standards for health/safety.

And to undertake that would be daunting as well as perilous since it would be like shooting at a moving target.

I agree with the fact that this site sucks. It should be much faster and more organized as so many people use it daily. It's a shame that people getting so much traffic on their websites don't respect the way the people show their loyalty for their products and services. It's one of these moments where you get to know how important it is to abide by traffic generated to your site. I had the same occurrence where I learned the hard way through https://www.traffsio.com how important it is to get unique visitors to your site if you want to make money,
