Until there is OFFICIAL word from the source (press release) it is considered rumor/speculation. We had SEVERAL threads talking about this and they were all "poofed" into oblivion within about 24 hours or less.

Which is why people would post assuming they were the first to have known.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

"I work in the industry in the West End- it wasn't speculation it was fact!"

What part of "It was not official" do you not understand?

and "work in the industry" could mean "sell the t-shirts at Blood Brothers...."

Yes you were right and I am sure you have some in but until it is formally announced some of us keep hoping that every "Day by Day" they will say to the people who took their 1$ million "Turn Back O' Man"...

but to the cast and crew of GODSPELL I say.. "We Beseech Thee..." we hope you will make it Broadway sooner rather then later.

"Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around."
