Hey guys and gals--come see me make my NYC debut tomorrow night and support a small theatre company at the same time!

I'll be singing 1 - 3 songs (depends on timing)

Here's the info:

Spend this Thursday night...
...at one of the hottest parties of the season

benefiting the upcoming production of

THE ATTIC--a new play by Stephen Gaydos, directed by Paul Zablocki

featuring entertainment by

Duwende
They wail, they scream, they sweat. They dispose of the fluff, stripping rock music down to its
most essential elements and building it back up again, using nothing but lung power and soul!
www.duwende.com

Jim Knable and The Randy Bandits
A shady but sincere group of individuals looking to lovingly conquer New York, the United
States and the World (not necessarily in that order) with their soul-nourishing music!
www.randybandits.com

Big Bucket Head
A sketch comedy group rising from the Manhattan cable
access scene and looking forward to melting your mind!
www.bigbuckethead.com

The Chris Murphy Rainy Day Project
A singer, a songwriter, but not a singer-songwriter!

And we will be starting the evening off with
special cabaret performances from Assembly's very own

Kristen Bancroft
John Raymond Barker
Cristin Hubbard
Megan McNulty
Mark Bradley Miller

and non-stop laughs from our Mistress of Ceremonies,

Shecky Beagleman
the award winning comedienne, who has appeared on "The Howard
Stern Show," CBS's "Welcome to New York" with Jim Gaffigan,
and USA's "Up All Night" with Gilbert Gottfried.

THE TANK
an exciting new arts space at
432 W. 42nd Street
Entertainment begins at 7pm

Come out and lend your support by helping to raise money for the production of a new play workshopped and developed by ASSEMBLY PRODUCTIONS. The $10 admission donation gets you in to see performances by some of New York’s hottest entertainers. Fundraisers haven’t been this fun since…well…fundraisers have never been this fun!!!

THE ATTIC begins previews October 23 and opens October 25
at the Abingdon Theatre Complex
(312 W. 36th Street)

ASSEMBLY PRODUCTIONS is a collective of writers, actors, directors and designers who develop and produce new works for the American theatre. The company's ongoing workshop process fosters the talents of its individual members, and creates an exciting experience for its audiences.

Congrats, my friend!

I, unfortunately, will be in rehearsals for a reading of this two-hander I'm doing this coming Sunday. Otherwise, I'd be there cheerin' ya on!

i think BALLADEER needs to catch a cold for that rehearsal. He already knows his music. "Take h-art-art-art-art-art-art-ART-art art, take any heart, take mine!"
