Posted: 2/24/05 at 3:42amI don't think he's doing any theater right now. John Tartaglia has taken over the role Jai created in Zanna, Don't for the Broadway run, and I'm sure Jai is very busy with Queer Eye stuff.

Posted: 2/24/05 at 9:55amHas that been confirmed about John Tartaglia? Last I heard, that was a rumor and the plans were in hiatus for Broadway. Rehearsals were supposed to start 1/31 when it was talked about last fall but I haven't heard anything recently so I'm leaning towards believing that this isn't going to happen anytime soon. If anyone has a link to a reliable source proving otherwise, I'd be interested in seeing it. :)

i talked to him about a month ago. he said that he wants to come back to broadway but doesn't have too much time because of queer eye. but he said he did get a part in the producers movie. so at least we can look forward to him in that. he said he dosn't wanna go back to rent right away again though cause he wants to try some other stuff.. i guess i can wait for the producers movie

Posted: 2/27/05 at 11:51pmOhh I love Jai. He did such a great Angel in RENT. Absolutely perfect for the role. I wish I could have seen him perform it instead of relying on clips as always but whatever. I love him!
I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart.
