She isn't listed on IMDB, but she plays the Head Mistress of Constance (the school they attend on the UES).
Lilli Cooper was just in the commercial for Gardasil as well.
I love America. Just because I think gay dudes should be allowed to adopt kids and we should all have hybrid cars doesn't mean I don't love America.

Ms. Maxwell was once again on the show Monday night.
Her part was much more prominent and seemingly re-occuring as the head-mistress now that Blair is getting herself more entangled.
