AP interviewed the star of Frank Wildhorn's WONDERLAND, Janet Dacal, who talks about the show, her daily routine and what theatre means to her.

Also seen are performance footage from this past Tampa try-out run of "Off With Their Heads," "Finding Wonderland" and "One Knight."

Do all of the characters wear the same costume through out the whole show?

It's sort of half & half - Alice (Janet) does not change.

Ritchie has his White Knight costume (which you are seeing), his "Jack" costume (Alice's husband, plain clothes) and his Lewis Carroll Costume. I believe the Rabbit, El Gato (Cheshire Cat) and The Caterpillar don't change either, unless they re-put them in the opening (plain clothes) scene.

Shindle's got 3 costumes, Queen has two (as well as these two having additional plain clothes) and everyone wears an Alice in Wonderland dress at one point! They were still changing/adding some costumes during the Tampa run from what I remember.

Does anyone besides me think she looks eerily like Annie Golden in the t.v. interview portion of this?
