I have tickets to see the Jersey Boys in Las Vegas this summer and I read somewhere that the show is much shorter in Vegas compared to Broadway. Which does make sense cause it's a Vegas show but does anyone know what the differences are?
The intermission.
I believe it's an eight minute intermission, with the stage projections showing countdown clocks. Otherwise it's the exact same show. Also, be sure to give yourself time to grab a drink and sit down, because those suckers start on time in Vegas.
Colby Foytik discussed this a little in the interview I did with him...
BWW Interviews: Colby Foytik Talks Career and Touring in JERSEY BOYS
It's not a TON shorter, but it's cut here and there and the pacing is faster. When I lived in California, I saw it in Vegas several times a year, and it was weird to see the "full" version again. It felt so slow!

Yes, VERY little.
Why are you, again, linking your interviews when there is only one sentence in that piece that actually pertains to this particular thread?
Do you really need the hits, that badly?
Hello JERSEY BOYS recently changed venues in Las Vegas moving from The Palazzo Hotel to The Paris Hotel. I saw it at The Palazzo and The August Wilson and I couldn't tell much of a difference as far as scenes that may have been cut that could have effected the story.
Compared to NY it is a breath of fresh air to see shows at larger venues. I thought both were really great and endowed with fantastic casts. I was not familiar or or was not interested in that style of music at the time but loved the story telling.
I saw The Producers at The Paris and If your seats are toward the back for of the theatre for JERSEY BOYS you will have a better view there since it is a smaller venue but the overall layout is much different then The Palazzo. I was second row in the orchestra and loved it.
