Single tickets for "Jersey Boys" go on sale September 24th. Performances begin December 1st as previously noted. How difficult do you think it will be to acquire tickets?

Not as tough as A Chorus Line or Piazza. Still, the musical has gotten awesome word-of-mouth and generated great hype, so I'm sure that good seats will sell fast. Plus, we all know how exremely awesome the seasons are :)

As of last week anyway, it was still pretty easy to get a good seat for Piazza or Chorus Line if you went to one of the four weekday shows and were willing to sit by yourself. You can try box seats for Chorus Line (at the theater only) if all else fails.

Preview week tickets for the orchestra are $50. I doubt if anything will be discounted cheaper than that.

It looks like it's selling out, anyway - the only tickets I can get during previews week are in the rear balcony! Do they release more? I'm pretty sure they don't have a rush policy. Damn me for underestimating the popularity of Jersey Boys!

If you're willing to go on 12/8, I have a few Row B Balcony seats still available as part of my group sale that I'm doing. Email me off line for more information.
Otherwise, there is always a chance that seats are returned into the system, but there are so many groups that got tickets pulled for them. Besides, group sales, there was AmEx, Comcast, Ticketmaster, VIPs, and these are just a few that I can remember.
