After reviewing the show last Sunday on press night John Stoltenberg won the lottery, saw the show again, and sat down and wrote this article. Were there changes made since last Sunday? Well, I for one hate when people say that someone else didn't "get" the show. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you didn't understand it.

Speaking as one of those "other" critics that this reviewer is likely referring to who, like most everyone else, gave the show a mixed review, I agree, RippedMan.

This guy's reviews just drip with excessive praise for a show that has a lot of promise, but still needs a lot of polish.

Here's Charles Shubow's rave review on BroadwayWorld.
"The music by Tom Kitt is just plain fabulous. Like I commented when I saw the Kitt/Yorkey musical NEXT TO NORMAL at the Arena Stage where I raved about it and predicted a Broadway transfer, likewise, IF/THEN I predict will be a huge success on Broadway. I can't wait for the CD."
