Posted: 7/7/06 at 7:03pmMovin' Out, if it counts as one. Of the traditional ones.... oh, hell, I'd say Lennon because the music was too good and the cast too talented to stop me from having a good time, even if the show itself was a wreck, but it's not truly a jukebox musical either, IMO. I guess if I had to choose between the ones that really fit the bill, All Shook Up?

I saw We Will Rock You with the OLC in London, and I thought it was great.
The book is extremely corny and cheesy, but I have to admit, it was an extremely fun show to go to. It was funny and exciting, and I loved it.

Posted: 7/9/06 at 12:59amThe Buddy Holly Story. I think I liked it better than Jersey Boys. And by the way, I really wouldn't call JB the first "halfway decent jukebox musical" at all.

I'm not a big fan of Jukebox Musicals, but...
Currently on B'way: Jersey Boys
Of all time: Anything Goes (Does that count?)
