So, per Julia's request, I went out and bought "I'm Not Waiting" today.
They did, in fact, have multiple copies of the cd in store. I will just say that from the first note of the cd I was mesmerized. I can't remember the last time I bought a non-cast recording cd. It has to be a few years. But I put my faith in Julia and bought the album. There are no words to describe. Every song gives me chills. I am practically giddy listening to it. Some of my favorites include: "A thousand beautiful things," "I'm not waiting," and her new rendition of "I'm not that girl" which is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I cannot describe this cd. Just... run to the nearest Borders or Barnes & Noble and get it. Right now. It's also great that she included a song from Lennon, and her new rendition of "Raise the Roof" is stunning. Has anyone else yet heard the cd? Thoughts?
