Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew why julie hanson was leaving pbantom? its such a shame!

No clue. She probably wants to take some time off to travel and pursue other career opportunities. Julie's last performance will be the matinee performance on July 9th.

Did they not want to renew her contract or something? I just think someone so young would want to stay with a show that will be around for a while.

Well Julie's been with the POTO family for quite some time now. I believe she made her first appearance as Christine with the US Tour in 2002. She probably wants to move on and experience new roles.

that's a long time! I think i might have actually seen her when i saw POTO on Broadway... was she playing Christine in November of 2003?

you either saw her or Sandra Joseph.
Julia is only on Wednesday evenings and Saturday Mat. performances
