Am I being cynical or is this a political and shrewd way to try and gain the confidence of the investors on the fence about funding Spiderman Turn Off The Dark? I mean why now?
Is it an effort to save all the monies already spent? Wondering how many palms were greased for this.

I think she's brilliant and deserves the award, but the timing is a bit strange.
