So last night I went to a preview of Jerry Mitchell's Peepshow and a fun naughty time was had by all. Alot of people will compare this to broadway bares, and in a way it is, but more polished.

The story is simple Kelly Monaco as Bo goes to sleep reading a group nursey rhymes and fairytales, falls asleep and ends up in a sexually deomnic land of nursery rhymes and fairy tales. Mel b. as the Peep Diva is her guide.

First off let me say that Mel B. was quite good. She was funny, seductive and looked amazing. Kelly Monaco, I just didn't really understand why she was in this show. Anyone of the smokin hot showgirls could have done this role. Most of the show she is wondering around until the end when she does her dance.

Let me also saw this is a very straight male fantasy show. The women rule here and they were all were amazing. Personal favorite was the goldilocks number very old school burlesque performance. Also let me say that after the girl with the wicked little curl number, you will never look as milk the same.
There is some frontal nudity but all done in a very fun classy way.

As for the men, there are only a few of them and only 2 of them have their own number. Definite highlight was the man in the tub, this is a very cirque type number, but f****** hot. Josh Strickland was the main male singer of the show, so unfortunatly no stripping from him. However, he did sound great.

This show was definitly a lot of fun and very old school vegas. Now with Follies Berger vegas needs a new type of showgirl show. Jerry has definitly re-invented it with peepshow.

P.S. Jerry was there, and he's a very good looking man in person.

Glad to hear it was fun....sadly, most things in Vegas have a heterosexual male angle. Surprising since Jerry was involved. I love Josh's voice and glad he sounds great...sad he isn't stripping though. If Jerry had peppered the cast with a few more Broadway people I would make a special trip to see it.

Sorry for my delay, but I saw the show last night as well. I have to say although it is geared towards the male audience, it definitely doesn't forget the women of the audience.

This is the perfect show for a date night, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, or just a girls/guys night out. Definitely a show for those who want to feel empowered. The women in the show, while mostly stunning and hard bodied, never make those in the audiences seem threatened or turned off in any way. I was with a group of 6, 4 of them women, and all of them loved the show.

Jerry manages to refine the art of the tease. An extremely sensual look at the fairy tales we've read as children, and it works! All of the women wear pasties, but its done so tasteful that you never cringe or overt your eyes to some of the crud that is labeled as "performance art" on the strip. Milkmaids, cheerleaders, bondage, ...oh my! He nails it on the head.

The specialty acts in the show were perfectly highlighted in the show. Both male aerialists and both served different roles. I don't know if I would say Cirque-like, but I can see where you can make comparisons. The "bath tub" scene is so incredibly sexy, smooth, and seductive, it never gets old and drag on like I've seen in some said Cirque shows.

Mel B was a great mistress of ceremonies and shows a lot of stage presence, even in a venue, much smaller than she may be used to playing in. I was also lucky enough to have been pulled up on stage and have a few moments with her Royal Scary Spiciness. The other featured singers were perfectly placed into the scenes, once we got rolling. All 3 had their own flavor, and are utilized in nearly every number, as back up, and at times featured vocalists. Josh Strickland, makes for great eye candy, and nearly perfect spot-on vocals with a range to die for. He adds a touch of class in every song, and never over does it, as some with A.I. cred may. An interesting choice with Kelly Monaco (Bo-Beep), while a nice visual, was a bit wasted. I believe that the "Bo-Beep" character is the one that will be rotated out with celebrities every few months. I am still undecided if I feel that to be necessary. I think a rotating emcee would be more beneficial, but then again its about "Peep's" journey to break through and find her sexy.

Overall, Jerry Mitchell has triumphed in Vegas with his offering of PEEPSHOW. Refined. Refreshing. And very much right now!! This show has the potential for a real go at it on the Las Vegas strip, and I hope it does!

"Let me also saw this is a very straight male fantasy show. The women rule here ..."

If what you say is true, that's generally NOT a straight male fantasy.

The fantasy hierarchy of a show where women rule would be as follows:

1) Women: straight, lesbian, bi

2) Gay men (except for the small percentage of super misogynists)

3) Straight men (especially those with fantasies of being dominated)
