I saw Megan Hilty as Glinda....and it seems to me that she has a low voice (brilliant) but low...i picture elle as having a higher singing voice....Maybe Jenna Leigh Green?

I don't think theatre is a good career move for Reese right now...and she has also outgrown the role. Kate Reinders is perfect.

I know i'd love to see Cheno do it but she needs a real woman charecter.... she is gettign caught in the ditzy blonde roles.....

You're right on point with Megan Hilty. This role should come up at a good time for her too. She is Reese Witherspoon with pipes and the right age. No way could Cheno be cast for such a young part. You're talking 37yrs versus 24. Case closed.
