I went to school with Kate Rockwell and I know very well that she not only has a phenominal belt but she also has an incredible high soprano voice. I know she is currently appearing in "Phantom" at Westchester Broadway Theatre and I found that they have posted clips from their production. All I have to say is Kate needs to get something on broadway. Her voice is incredible!

I saw one of the early performances of Phantom. I had never seen the show and was happy to have the opportunity to see it in Westchester but to be honest I was worried when I heard one of the Grease contestants was in it. I was surprised at how terrific she is. Great voice, very expressive face. You are right,she certainly could be on Broadway. I really enjoyed the show and much preferred the story to that of Phantom of the Opera.

If anyone saw and remembers YTOTIW reality show the judges agreed that Kate Rockwell had a phenominal voice, and, in fact, had the best voice of all the finalists. She was not eliminated because of her singing but according to the judges and the voters, she had a stronger "personna"...or whaterevr it is called...than was called for for the role of Sandy.

I loved her appearances on Andrew Keenan-Bolger's video blog. I totes agree with Flaunt It, she'd be amazing as Elle! Just imagining her "So Much Better" makes me happy.
