Kathy Griffin - Standing Room?

Excuse me if this has been asked already - did a search and nothing came up.

Kathy posted on Twitter that there were $39 SRO tickets for her show but haven't seen anything written online about it. Does anyone know the policy for it -- sold only the day of or can they be bought in advance?

Is the show selling that well that SRO will be offered for every show??

There are still tickets left for the first night, but this is what Kathy tweeted:

Usually (by that I mean, any time that I can remember), SRO tickets are sold day-of, but they might have a different policy for this.
