There's so much going on in this little article I don't even know where to start.

I do hope Mr. Guffman can attend the performance.

Well, you can start with the fact that it isn't Katrina! The Musical !, but rather is titled Nine Lives. Further, that it is being produced by Michael Cerveris, who had a performance of it here in NY at Symphony Space last Sunday. It's a fascinating and touching story based on real people with music evocative of New Orleans. Don't discount it based on one poorly written article.
