The album is called "Always" and site (at link below) says: "She will celebrate the release of this album with a Town Hall concert on June 3rd in NYC." Link below has the track list- she recorded "This Nearly Was Mine"!

I'm so glad she's recording The Party's Over. She blew me away with that one at Encores.
