Kelli O'hara's attendance record.

I saw South Pacific on Thursday and LOVED it, but Kelli was out. I know she usually has a pretty good attendance record. Does anyone know if she has been out this week other than Thursday? Or if she has any scheduled leaves for the holiday? I plan on going back this month to see it, so I can see her.

Also...has anyone tried the cancellation line for this show lately? How is it? How early does one need to get to the box office to see if there are any cancellations for that day? I've never bought a ticket before through the cancellation process.

Up until SOUTH PACIFIC, Kelli's attendance record had been perfect. She hadn't missed a show, other than for pre-scheduled vacations.

She seems to be missing a lot of shows of SOUTH PACIFIC, though.

Do you think the theatre/box office knows when they open if Kelli will be in or out for that day's performance? If so...then the cancellation line would work.

bump for the previous cancellation line questions(first post and above).
And also:
Anyone know how the cancellation line has been lately?
I would like to try to see South Pacific this Friday (day after Thanksgiving) with one or two friends.
I guess a better question would be should I even try at all to get a ticket through the cancellation line since it's Thanksgiving weekend? Is there any other way to get tickets that aren't above face price?
If I do go, what would be a good time to get there? And I think I read that the cancellation line is at a different location from the box office? or maybe I'm remembering incorrectly, but if it is, where is it?
I'm new to buying tickets through the cancellation process as well, wonderwa11. I usually get tickets in advance but this trip to NYC was kind of last-minute.

From my experience the box office does NOT know in advance of actor's schedules. (I'm sure there are exceptions, though.)

I don't know if this was the case for the show that you saw, but I know that Kelli had some scheduled days off around this time, so it may have been a previously scheduled absence. She is usually really good about not missing shows due to illness, so I am guess this may have been the case.

Last Thursday (11/20) was a previously scheduled day off for Kelli. She was singing at a gala.
