Kennedy Center 2018-2019???

With Hamilton tickets going on sale yesterday I was wondering when the Kennedy Center and the National Theater would be announcing their 2018-2019 seasons???

The National is announcing one show this week, but not the rest. Both theaters tend to announce their seasons really late, like early to mid-April. So I'd expect announcements of full seasons are still a few weeks away.

The National will get School of Rock in January 2019, and the Kennedy Centre will have The Colour Purple from July 31st-Aug. 27th

Color Purple is part of their current season and was already announced last year.

Kennedy Center will announce its theatre season on April 10.

Color Purple is the end of the 2017-18 KC season, with Hamilton. Where’d you hear about School of Rock at the National?
