"Catch Me If You Can"...this should be a cool part for her.
It was a pretty short interview, but good. Seth is so funny. I can listen to him all day And Kerry is adorable. I wish I had recorded it so that I can listen to that song over and over again, I love it.
Okay I don't know much about this musical, but just based on the film, isn't this a rather small role for Butler to be playing? I remember liking Amy Adams in the movie, but she's barely on screen.
A job, is a job! (But I don't know the answer to the question.)
I was at the taping of this at the Times Square Info Booth last week. Rudetsky always cracks me up!
Good point, dramamama, especially in this economy. I guess I just think of it as a step back, especially when she was just nominated for a Tony for Xanadu. But still, a job is a job and this musical does look quite interesting. I still haven't heard the song though. I'll probably attempt that today.
From what I can remember from the interview, they said that Kerry had a few numbers like that to sing. So perhaps they made the role bigger than it is in the movie.
The role is larger than in the film and she (to date) will have two numbers...
Only two numbers? I want more Kerry!
